In 1992, J. America introduced decorated sportswear to the resort/tourist and collegiate markets. Now into its third decade, the Company's goal is to provide comfort, style and fit every time someone puts on one of its more than 50 styles. J. America's focus is to provide customers with contemporary styling, the utmost quality and the fashion colors they desire. J. America has fans from Lansing to Los Angeles to Lubbock to Lewiston and throughout the United States and beyond, declaring our garments are their favorite.
Our History
What began over 20 years ago with several t-shirts and sweatshirts has grown into an entire collection, redefining lifestyle branding. We were the innovators of vintage apparel in the collegiate marketplace that encouraged customers to celebrate the past and reclaim their favorite garment. J. America has always stood for providing quality products, exceptional customer service and a stress free buying experience.
Social Responsibility
J.America is committed to ensuring our products are produced in safe, humane, legal and fair working conditions. We are proud to be a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting worker's rights and improving working conditions in factories worldwide. J.America's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mission is to conduct business in an ethical manner, to promote and protect worker's rights worldwide and to help improve working conditions by partnering with our global supply chain. We require our suppliers to conduct business with the highest of standards and ethics while respecting human rights and complying with local laws by committing to our Workplace Code of Conduct and submitting to third party audits of their facilities. In partnership with our global supply chain, J.America continues to work towards creating positive change for apparel workers worldwide.
